The MountainTown VRM platform was created here in western Montana by vacation rental owners looking for the most efficient way to increase ROI while decreasing the amount of time spent managing the individual properties. We realized two pretty obvious things early on: that to truly maximize the occupancy rates and revenue we needed to be on as many booking platforms as possible, not just simply on Airbnb or VRBO. Secondly, we learned that it was very time consuming to truly provide the highest level of customer service on one platform let alone managing multiple platforms. After unsuccessfully looking for a property management company, we felt that we could best manage our properties and provide the level of customer service we expect, therefore we create MountainTown VRM. We are not just a run-of-the-mill property management company that is simply willing to list vacation rentals in addition to their core business.
